Our Commitment

We hope that you'll love everything you ordered from Sports Gear & Co. But if you are unsatisfied or the size is incorrect, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Authorization Requirement

Note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless our Customer Service team has authorized them.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. If you want to return or exchange, please get in touch with us to provide your Order Number and state the reason. After receiving your email with the exchange/return request, our customer service representative will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.

Order Exchange Guidelines

  1. For orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund for advance-paid orders.
  2. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for a return after receiving the package.
  3. Generally, you will receive an exchange within 5 to 10 business days. (If no Exchange is received within 15 days, please contact us via email support@sportsgearco.com)
